Rules, regulations, and contractual terms governing our logistics services.
By booking consignment services or using the digital assets of Shubham Logistic, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all transporters, consignors, consignees, and website visitors.
All movements of Over-Dimensional Cargo (ODC) and heavy machinery are subject to government route clearances, clearance approvals, and transport permit rules. Standard timelines may fluctuate based on safety compliance delays, height restrictions, or bridge structural clearances.
The consignor is responsible for ensuring that all paperwork (e-Way bills, tax invoices, state border transit clearances) is complete, authentic, and submitted prior to vehicle loading. Delayed shipments due to incorrect documents will result in detention charges payable by the client.
While Shubham Logistic maintains premium logistics handling protocols and employs trained crew operators, all cargo must be independently insured by the consignor against standard transit hazards, accident risks, and force majeure events. Our liability limits are restricted in accordance with the Carriage by Road Act.
Any disputes, differences, legal proceedings, or claims arising from our transport agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
